China - Zhoushan International Sand Sculpture Festival
The China- Zhoushan International Sand Sculpture Festival is the oldest and biggest and most famous sand sculpture festival in China. The festival is all year around open and receives circa 2 million visitors. Every year in September new sand sculptures are being created.
Our assignment: Since 2001 is TLC Group development director, Eppo Vogel, leading in the development, organisation and execution of the Zhoushan International Sand Sculpture Leisure Park. TLC Group also helps the organizing company to increase the popularity of the Festival and the tourism development at Zhujiajian Island. Zhoushan attracts 27.71 million visitors (which is approximately 25 times its population).
